Ode to the dark child.
Born from a fiery tear rolling from the burning eyes of glory,
That once impregnated the calm blue ocean mist,
Oh I saw thee.
You were a child, yet outgrown.
Dark limbs in a large frame worn
Our eyes met,
Life became a blur of the known
From the very day I saw thee.
There was only we.
We strung each other like puppets
Pulling each others strings
Made us laugh, giggle, cry out grins.
Then there was us, a playful two
A white child in love with a dark brew
And our every wisp was a painful ecstasy, intoxicating in every need.
That sometimes I could look up and fell them spew
Upon my cold body your warm dew.
Naked we grew, naked in under the blanket
Of the spilling dew.
Torn by the bedside lamp lay reality,
She sat there not wanting to be seen,
With no one to heed, no reality.
Mesmerized we lay
Naked by the union of the sea
Soaring the sands of she and he.
That once impregnated the calm blue ocean mist,
Oh I saw thee.
You were a child, yet outgrown.
Dark limbs in a large frame worn
Our eyes met,
Life became a blur of the known
From the very day I saw thee.
There was only we.
We strung each other like puppets
Pulling each others strings
Made us laugh, giggle, cry out grins.
Then there was us, a playful two
A white child in love with a dark brew
And our every wisp was a painful ecstasy, intoxicating in every need.
That sometimes I could look up and fell them spew
Upon my cold body your warm dew.
Naked we grew, naked in under the blanket
Of the spilling dew.
Torn by the bedside lamp lay reality,
She sat there not wanting to be seen,
With no one to heed, no reality.
Mesmerized we lay
Naked by the union of the sea
Soaring the sands of she and he.
